What is the classic flavor profile of Osetra caviar?

Osetra is defined by its complexity. The initial taste is a bright rush of ocean brine, which quickly mellows into a deeply savory, buttery richness. Lighter pearls generally offer a more pronounced nuttiness, while color ranges from deep brown and amber to olive green and gold.

Why do connoisseurs prefer Osetra caviar?

Osetra's firm texture is a hallmark of its quality. The distinct pearls separate easily and burst individually. This textural crunch, combined with a layered flavor that evolves from sea to butter to nut, makes Osetra the anchor of any serious caviar service.
